Randy Pippin joined Legendary College Head Coach Rich Rodruguez at Jax State University in February of 2023 as a Senior Analyst fresh off a Bahamas Bowl victory at UAB against Miami of Ohio. Pippin joined Coach Bill Clark at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2015 following the reinstatement of the football program in July of 2015, initially as the Director of Player Personnel. Coach Clark used Randy’s extensive experiences to help recruit the program back into existence in various roles including but not limited to Receivers’ Coach, Running Backs’ Coach, Assistant D-Line Coach, Associate Head Coach, and Director of Player Relations. Currently, Pippin is the liaison to High School, JUCO and NFL coaching staffs for the Jax State players and staff. Coach Pippin now directs the Rich Rodriguez prospect camps and coaching clinics drawing from his experience at UAB and as the National Director for Glazier Coaching Clinics and NIKE Coach of the Year clinics in Texas and Oklahoma. Pippin’s goal is to help anybody in his circle of influence get to their “next levels” and “new dimensions” mentally, physically, spiritually, socially, financially and professionally. Pippin has more than 30 years successful coaching experience at all levels, including 14 years as a Head Coach with a National Championship and National Coach of the Year honor, and has been a key part in multiple championships, honors, and awards. During Pippin's 7 seasons at UAB he has been a part 6 straight bowl invitations 3 divisional championships, 3 bowl championships, 2 C-USA championships, back to back bowl wins including victory over 13th ranked BYU in the 2021 Independence Bowl. Pippin is most proud of the nearly 100% graduation rate and the multiple NFL draft picks and UDFA contracts that the UAB program has produced and is still producing. A Dallas, Texas native, Pippin played football for North Mesquite High School, Cisco Junior College, and Tennessee Tech University where he obtained his two degrees, married his sweetheart Sally and began his coaching career. Sally and Randy have three daughters; Natalie, Holly and Libby, and one granddaughter Gracie. Sally has served as Chief Administrator and Development Officer for multiple Coaching Clinics and Prospect Camps. Randy has published an award-winning book for coaches called, “CHAOS” and a daily devotion book for coaches and athletes called “Deep in the Heart,” which highlights the history of football in the South along with the death, burial and resurrection of the UAB football program. Both books are available on Amazon and at Barnes and Noble bookstores.

Natalie is a highly motivated problem-solver who has a genuine love for people and relationships. Gifted with the ability to craft detailed steps that lead to a bigger picture, she has spearheaded the design and implementation of strategies across many different industries in the states of Texas, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, and South Carolina. She has been to many places and has spent extensive time with thousands of people from all walks of life; however, she still believes that the desire to make a real difference in the world is at the heart of every person.
As a born and bred coachʼs daughter, football is more than a game to her - it's a way of life. The qualities that football has helped instill in her have served her well, proving over and over that she has the skills to separate from competition.
Natalie graduated from Air Academy High School in Colorado Springs, CO, and went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in University Studies from East Texas Baptist University. She currently resides in Myrtle Beach, SC.

A Scientist and Entrepreneur who has spent her career helping to shape young minds by opening up the possibilities of “STEM” careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math, Valencia is one of six inaugural recipients worldwide of the prestigious 2021 Wharton Knowledge For Impact Awards from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, as well as a Scholarship Recipient from Harvard University’s Institute of Urban School Leaders. She has authored “The Seven Women Every Woman Should Know”, “The Belle Method of Academic Currency”, and co-authored “Glory: The Struggle ForYards”. Her test prep expertise with S.C.H.O.O.L.S. has been featured nationally and internationally, having served most recently as a featured speaker for the 2021 ACAN Conference for Alabama Possible.
An elite USATAF Junior Olympian Track and Field scholar-athlete who began running track at the age of 5, entered high school as a fee-for-service tutorial entrepreneur at the age of 12, qualified for NCAA D1 Early Academic Qualifier (EAQ) Status, all while earning multiple D1 offers, national engineering awards and academic presidential full-ride scholarships before graduating high school at the age of 16, Valencia Belle is the CEO and Founder of two programs, S.C.H.O.O.L.S. for scholars and C.L.E.A.R.E.D for scholar-athletes.
S.C.H.O.O.L.S., or Success Can Happen Out Of Low Scores, affords high-quality, cost-effective standardized test prep to scholars and scholar-athletes, occasioning 5-10 point ACT and SAT 100 -200 point average composite score increases with as little as 5 weeks of test prep. These composite score gains have been shown statistically to eradicate inter-generational poverty for up to 3 generations occasioned by college-loan debt by enabling the attainment of presidential full-ride scholarships with refunds, especially for demographics stemming from marginalized communities. C.L.E.A.R.E.D., a program specifically catered for scholar-athletes, focuses on obtaining NCAA D1 Clearance with matching GPAs and ACT/SAT scores. A primary focus is the acquisition of intangible and marketable soft skills necessary to deal with “the mess, the press and the stress” of instilling accountability for personal ownership by the scholar-athlete of his or her personal brand management through self-identification and critical thinking skills training for implementation in the classroom, the media and beyond - both on and off the field, track or court.
A native of Mobile, Alabama and a true scholar-athlete at heart, she began running track and field at the age of 5. At the age of 12, as an entering high school freshman, she began her first fee-for-service tutorial business assisting fellow students with ACT Prep in Science and Math. While attending Murphy High School, Valencia thrived in sports, in civic service and in Science and Engineering. She was chosen as the Alabama SECME and one of 7 NACME Scholars in the country, as the Bryant Jordan Region VI Scholar –Athlete Award Winner, as an Azalea Trail Maid (Yellow), as Varsity Track Team Captain and as the Homecoming Queen - all while competing as a Team USA TAC Junior Olympian at the age of 16.
Valencia received her Undergraduate Degree in Biology and Cognate Studies as a Distinguished Graduate, earning the coveted 1991 Bloom Award, one of the top three university awards, from the University of Alabama. In addition, she has received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University, a Masters of Family Studies and Systems Integration Degree from the University of Maryland, and her Doctorate in Education concentrating in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California.
Her accolades are literally too numerous to list. Let's just say she is simply the best at helping athletes get to their next level academically and her records and awards bear witness to her unparalled expertise.

John has been fortunate to work with some great brand leaders over the years including Phil Knight, Tinker Hatfield, Dan Wieden, Oliviero Toscani, Steve Jobs, Carly Fiorina, Rich Silverstein, Lee Clow, Steve Stoute, and Jimmy Iovine, as well as many others in his career. John excels in building teams, connecting talent, and in creating a working environment where people want to succeed and grow. John’s career has taken him from Tokyo to Amsterdam to Italy to San Francisco to California to New York. His work has been widely recognized, and has won awards including an Emmy, the Cannes Grand Prix, the Grand Prix Epica Award, the New York Art Directors’ Vision Award, Campaign of the Year and the Top 5 Award, multiple Cannes Lions, Effies and One Show medals, the Japan Nikkei Award, the Russian Grand Effie, Adweek’s Spot of the Year, and has been featured in many high-profile advertising and design publications. The “Happiness Factory” campaign for Coca Cola and “Write the Future” for the NIKE 2010 World Cup remain two of the most highly-awarded integrated global campaigns ever. John is excited that he gets to work with family of creative people who love sports and culture and helping people reach their full potential.
